Turkey Meatloaf – Low Carb

Turkey Meatloaf

Turkey Meatloaf

From time to time, I cut back on carbs to drop a few pounds. One day, I decided to try making a meatloaf without the oatmeal or bread crumb fillers that spike up the carbohydrates. I was so pleased with how this recipe turned out, I wanted to share it. It takes about 5 minutes to assemble, is juicy and is a real “comfort” food. I hope you enjoy it as much as we do.

  3. Looks good! I’m not familiar with dried garlic chips, though. Are they available in regular grocery stores, or should I look for them somewhere else?
