True Tales From Mark Twain Land

True Tales from Mark Twain Land is about the 

Mississippi river and Jack's family life on Long 

Island, which is just north of Quincy, Illinois. 

It has pictorial and historical accounts of his 

early 1900's life on the river. 

The author, Jack Hendrickson, unfortunately died 

before the book was completed. His widow, Mary 

Hendrickson-Linneman, finished the manuscript and the 

book has now been published.

Well over 200 pictures and stories will rivet your attention 

and capture your heart.It is a hard back book- 8.5 X 11 with 

approximately 350 pages -suitable as a table top book.
